Opinions on this baptism outfit
I got this baptism outfit for DS to wear. His baptism is next week. I'm just not sure about it being short sleeve and short-ish pants. I think maybe it looks too summery. What do you think?

As long as you think he'll be warm enough I think it's adorable

That's definitely a summer outfit. Maybe if u really love it you could put a long sleeved onesie underneath but not sure what you could do with the shorts.

I wouldn't worry about the "look" of it being summery. I'd probably be concerned he'd be cold though. Are they shorts or are the pants just riding up? Do you have a sweater for him? A sweater on top would help. The outfit is adorable. I have seen similar ones that are long sleeve and longer pants, though, so you could keep the same look but have him be warmer... although I know the baptism is soon.

Re: Opinions on this baptism outfit
I'd pair it with white knee socks and white booties, and with a white blanket, it's fine for the church. Do you have a winter outfit to change into afterwards? I jiust wouldn't keep this on him too long...

I think its perfect. Find a cardigan and long socks. It's adorable.

I love it, but it does look summery to me. But I agree with Pp that you can make it less summery with a sweater and the right socks.

It's very cute. Yes, it's a summer christening gown, but who cares? There will be heat in the church & he will likely wear it for an hour or two.

I think it's adorable but it's too cold for this weather. Are you planning on just having him wear in the church? As long he is worm during transport and you don't mine layering then it's fine.
For me, I wouldn't use it just because I would want my DS to wear it all day and think it looks cute like that. But that's just my taste.

Long socks and sweater are good ideas to make it work
