I need some advice
I'm going to meet with a nanny next week and I want to ask you girls what questions I should ask her??
please let me know of anything you would think to ask..

Are they CPR certified?
A Smoker?
Are they flexible with the hours to come early or stay late if needed.

I need some advice
How would they calm down your baby when crying?
How would they handle an emergency?
Do they have any health problems you should know about?
Do they do housework? (not sure if you would want her too but couldn't hurt to ask. Our nanny does light house work but always picks up after the baby)
regarding $, how many days a week and hours are you looking for?

She would be here from 830-4 M-f with 2 kids, except on 2 days, will only be with 1 kid.

Not certified but I might get her certified.
She does not drive, she will be walking to and from my place being we are down the road from each other.
And she isn't really a nanny she is home with her kids who are in school and watches a few kids after school from the neighborhood. Sorry she will only be with my kids from 830-230 not 4.
