anyone else have horrible inner thigh pain around 37 weeks?
My Dr said its normal getting ready for birth pains...but its so bad I have trouble walking. Its better when I sit but not gone and gets worse the second I move an inch. Anyone else have this? Any ways to ease it at all? Tylenol basically does nothing. Did it last until you gave birth? Hopefully I don't have 3 more weeks of this and it eases up!

stretching helps me. yoga poses like downward facing dog, anything that opens the hips, and swimming. for me, it's her position that usually causes this pain.

I had it bad right before I gave birth. I had my DS at 37 weeks. I suffered through and didn't take or do anything.

I did with my DS, that whole area was so sore at the end I could barely stand it!! I also think I just suffered with it until I gave birth. Wish I had a better answer.

I had these the day my membranes were stripped and I went into hours a few hours later..you might be close..good luck!
