lower back pain
I'm 22 weeks pregnant and the past few nights have been having bad lower back pain. I never had this with dd, but I think its because I have a toddler and am constantly bending down to pick her up or pick up her toys and things. Anyone else have this? What are you doing for it besides taking Tylenol?

Heating pad and bouncing on a yoga ball.
