Congestion

So I am almost 27 weeks and having the absolute worst congestion. I have tried everything (at least that I think I can try) neti pot, nasal spray, Tylenol sinus, Benadryl, humidifier when I sleep ...I dint even bother trying Sudafed because that never seems to work for me. Is there anything else I can try? I literally think I got like 3 hours of sleep last nite if that, and I am work today feeling like a zombie. Any ideas??

This was me a few days ago and am still congested after over a week... I resulted to Mucinex. Even though it's more targeted to the chest area, I feel like it did loosen the mucus a bit. The other thing is to just give it time to clear up and from what I've read if it persist after 10 days it might have actually turned into a sinus infection and you might need antibiotics. So if it doesn't get better at all after 10 days, I would go see your OB.

Original Claritin. The only ingredient is Loratadine.

Re: Congestion

I am having the same issue, started around 28 weeks. It randomly comes on and off during the day but at night is the WORST. Doesn't allow me to sleep through the night. Let me know what works for you.

Re: Congestion

UGH, I've been congested since I peed on the stick! I think I've literally had ONE/TWO days where I wasn't congested!

The worst is that the congestion caused post-nasal drip, which made me yak!

I tried Claritin - nothing.
I tried Robitussin - nothing.
Humidifer - nothing.
