TMI bleeding
So I am 21 weeks and 5 days and last night, after having sex with DH there was bright red blood. I freaked out and cleaned up and wiped myself up. The bright red blood got less and less but now it is like the end day of a period (light pink/brownish) and I am a little sore down there. I called my dr. who said it was common after sex but this never happened with my first. She said I could go to the hospital if I want. I feel the baby so that helps make me feel a little better. Please tell me this is on the normal side!

Re: TMI bleeding
Happened to me at 18 weeks and was VERY scary. I wasn't feeling the baby kick yet and as you stated, it was BRIGHT red and an alarming amount. I wasn't feeling the baby yet so The doc moved my appointment early and all was fine. They said as long as the blood stopped and I wasn't cramping it was ok. They said its very common because we have more blood vessels during is time. Hope this helps and relieves some stress.

TMI bleeding
Same thing happened to me at 15 weeks - it never happened to me before that. Doctor said it was completely normal and that it will probably happen again and not to be worried.

Re: TMI bleeding
Thanks all, It completely stopped so I feel better. I think DH is way more freaked out than me and won't even come near me now LOL!
I just freak out because my SIL lost a baby at 30 weeks but I spoke with her yesterday and she didn't even bleed!
Thanks for all your support!
