Anyone's child get this?? It's like all all little bumps and it seems to be in the neck area only. It's been here a while and I can't get it to go away. At first I just blamed drool and kept changing bibs but it's not going away. I put powder on it and I think it made it worse. My dr said it could be yeast.. I'm gonna bring him in to be seen tomorrow. But anyone have any experience with yeast infection on child neck? What did u use?
