I'm curious too. I JUST got the go ahead from my ob and I'm 4m pp (Ihad an episiotomy that just wouldn't heal).
I wish my husband was nervous. I'm terrified but he's all ready to go and I'm mentally not even ready yet.

First getting jiggy will be the last thing on your sleepless mind (well for me it was) but take it slow and you will be fine. My first OB put me back together better then before & it was great ;)...not quite like the "first" time but pretty darn close.

It hurt. Won't lie. Also had episiotomy at tissue. And I am pretty sure an extra stitch. Felt tight. But it gets better. I also think anxiety plays a role. Gloss luck.

It def hurt. Plus it was more mental knowing what had just happened down there and I had stitches to boot.

It hurt. But I think it was more a mental thing. Too much thinking about what has happened down there.
Just try to relax and not think too much.

I'll be honest.. I cried. LOL. I wasn't ready, it was after my first son. And others say they felt tighter from an episiotomy..but for me..I felt that the skin that was stitched was more sensitive but the actual "birth canal" was looser. It totally made me self conscious, ugh. BUT...all went back to normal completely..it just took some time. Lots of kegels lol. It took till about 6 months pp for me to feel normal and actually enjoy it again.

It hury and yes its kinda like the first time again. It also took a bunch of tries before we could really 'do it'...
Go slow. Stop when you need to. And relax.

It hurt a bit not going to lie. Eventually everything went back to normal. With my second I had no issues abd felt fine a week after delivery. Still waited 6 weeks though.

Also had an episiotomy and it hurt, a lot. We waited quite a while because sex was the last thing on my mind, even though DH was ready to go. I was completely unprepared for the pain and then DD started crying and interrupted so it was memorable, in not good ways!
Just try and relax and go slow.

We tried basically as soon as we got the go ahead from the dr. I had to stop
It was about a month later that it finally felt normal

We half tried at about 8 weeks and it was almost unbearable. We tried again this weekend at 12 weeks and it was less unbearable, but still quite uncomfortable. We did NOT finish 
Taking it slow. It's a different world down there now

My midwife told me to drink wine and use lube. It helped. It was dry. TMI.
It hurt a bit but I powered through.  I didn't have episitomy but, I had tons of little tears. Just not enough for a stitch.

Nope I didn't rush things..between no sleep breast feeding infant & 2 other kids it wasn't on my " to do" list.

I was petrified but honestly it wasn't bad at all.
A TINY bit more painful than usual, but I think that was because I was so nervous and tense.
ETA- i had a small tear and just a few stitches.
I felt great a week after delivery- so I know that my tearing couldn't have been that bad

Im going for my 6w PP on wednesday, so i cant talk about this time yet. But with my first 2, we DTD at 6w (i think sooner for my second), it wasnt bad, lube and wine helps haha. If ur breastfeeding u will be extra dry, so go slow, each time will get better. This time Im not sure im healed fully, or im extra sensitive, so im a bit afraid after #3, but we will see how it goes after wed.
Eta- i tore all 3 times, and need stitches each time.
