What kind of oatmeal do you give your toddler?
I am still giving DD baby oatmeal and she just turned 2 ! What kind of oatmeal do you give your 2 year old? instant? rolled? steel cut?

I've tried the steel-cut Irish oatmeal doctored up with brown sugar and bananas, and dd hated it. She also hated the fruit-and cream ones and regular plain oatmeal. I think she has issues with the texture still (she is one). I hope she starts liking it soon!
I will give her farina with occasional success.

I give her regular Quaker oatmeal...or the organic brand if they have it and its a good price. My DD likes it plain...and likes to put her own raisins in (my mom taught her that one!)

My boys are 2 and almost 4 and still get baby oatmeal! They love it and it's super nutritious, so why not?

What kind of oatmeal do you give your toddler?
Quick cooking. DS likes it with honey drizzled in it. Usually either Quaker or this other brand from fairway that escapes my mind.

any organic oatmeal that's plain. I dress it up myself since the flavored ones seem to have so much sodium

quaker rolled and i usually put bananas in it or cinnamon, honey and a bit of vanilla.

We give her whatever oatmeal we are eating! We add blueberries, chia seeds, flax seeds... she loves it!

Yep. I continued with regular oatmeal. Very low in sugar. Though, DS at 3.5 started eating less.

DS has eaten steel cut oats since e was 8 months old. He loves it thick. Sometimes he eat it plain, sometimes I put fruit in it.

DS is 3 and he still eats Gerber oatmeal. I mix fruit into it and he gobbles it up!
