What kind of oatmeal to helpwith BM supply?
What brand do you buy? I know you should use the real stuff not instant, and I always forget to look when I am at the supermarket.

Trader Joes has a quick cook steel cut oats that are delicious.

I usually eat whole foods 365 brand Steel cut oats. Ive also eaten Trader Joes brand .
