Must have's for beach vaca
Going away next month and starting my list for the boys to pack. They're 4 and 2. I have the normal... bathing suits, tops, crocs, lotion, baby powder, shampoo, comb, sunscreen, hats, swimmies for my 2 yr old, extra underwear, etc. I don't need beach toys bc we stay at a timeshare so we usually buy some cheap ones at the store and leave it there for other kids and there's also a bin of sand toys they leave out for the kids. Plus, I don't want it crushed in the suite case and that happened before. LOL We also do a bunch of laundry there.
Anything else that's a must? We've been going for years and I always feel like I miss something. Also this year taking a thermal bag to bring down to the beach. Always forget that one.
Anyone other stuff we need? We won't have a car and just take a taxi the 1st day to go food shopping for the week

Must have's for beach vaca
My son is a lot younger; but I loved the beach tent we used for him when he was 5 months old (We saw older kids around your age using the tent too). It was nice to let him nap/sit/play in there away from the sun and constant blowing sand. Pack bug spray? beach towels? Lots of zip lock bags to store the wet/sand clothes between going to the beach and back to the time share. I also brought my own dish soap to wash his bottles but again that's b/c he was younger.

Thanks! They're too big for a tent and we always get a spot on the beach under a big umbrella. Got the ziplock bags and bug spray. Don't need towels bc the timeshare supplies and they also give dish soap. Plus, we're flying so don't need the extra weight. Thanks though!
