Ours was also 12-4 as that's what the restaurant does. Dd usually naps around 2, so she was super cranky by the cake and singing!

12-3 ... I cut it down from 4 hours because I know the kids in my family cannot handle 4 hours Chat Icon

We did 1-4. I was worried it would cut into dds nap but luckily she napped that morning. Then she was so exhausted after her party that she took a long nap when we got home. But she made it through ok. I think all the people and excitement helped.

DS' was 1-5 (scheduled time at a restaurant) but by 4 everyone was done and left. I think 3 hours is perfect.

Ours is going to be 12-3. For us, 4 hours just seemed too long for a 1 year old. DS usually naps around 2:30 so if we went until 4pm he'd be too cranky!
