Potty regression with new baby

At what point should we be concerned? DD2 is 6 weeks old and its happening several times a day. We will ask her (DD1- she is 3) to go and she will outright refuse "I don't have to go!" or "I went already" and then shortly after we will notice she's wet. She will go willingly (or by herself) when she has to poop but we have had several pee pee accidents (total count today- 5). I have tried incentives again but that only works for a while. I am trying not to get frustrated with her but it's hard when its happening so often (and I am trying so hard to get her back on track)

Any tips? She does wear a pull up at night.

We are in potty regressioin over here due to illness. Here are tips that the social worker told us:

Need to start potty training over again. As adults we tend to stay where things were at and try to "drag" our child back up to where they were, whereas we need to instead bring ourselves back down to their level and help them get back to where they were.

Ignore the accident completely. Tell the child to clean up their own mess and have them change out of their clothes, put them in the laundry basket and get dressed.

Dont ask the child if they have to go. TELL them to go. Get back on a potty schedule of every hour (less or more depending on need). I have found the best result to be when DS asks for something or to do something. I'll reply, "OK, but go potty first."
