how many bottles does your 7 month old drink?
I still make DD 4 eight ounce bottles. She is starting to drink fewer ounces as she eats more food.
Right now her bottles are every 4 hours.
Do you ever drop down to 3 bottles?
If so, when do you give them the bottles and when do you give them solids?

Right now, DD is drinking four 6 oz. bottles. She also has 3 meals. So her schedule looks like this:
8 am- bottle
9ish- cereal and fruit or some of what we are eating (pancakes, french toast, eggs)
12 pm- bottle
1 pm- veggie
4 pm- bottle
6 pm- dinner (sometimes some of what we are eating, other times a dinner in a jar)
8 pm- bottle
Those are all rough times, it all depends on when she wakes and naps. I think with DS, he dropped the 4 pm bottle and replaced it with a snack. Then he was down to 3 bottles. He had 3 bottles all the way up until we switched to milk at 12 months.

I think we dropped to 3 bottles around 7 or 8 months. We just let DS lead. He started to prefer food and started rejecting bottles, so that's when we reduced to 3. He's almost 11 months now and yesterday he only took 2 bottles. We just follow his lead.
ETA: You might also consider 6 oz bottles, if she's not finishing the 8oz bottles. DS never took an 8oz bottle, except before bed.

5-7am - 6-8oz bottle
930 - 7oz
1230 - 6ozs of fruit and veggie with oatmeal
330 - 6oz bottle
530 - 4-6oz bottle
630 - 6ozs of fruit and veggie with rice cereal
730 - 4-6oz bottle.
Looking at this I realize how much my kid eats. She's tall and skinny and is always on the go. I have to start adding in a 3rd meal.

Dd is 9 months now but around 7 is when she starting changing. Our schedule is /has been this
Wake up 7 oz bottle
8:30 breakfast Cheerios, pancakes (younger jar of fruit with cereal)
Nap 9-? (2-3 hrs)
Wake up 6 oz
1ish lunch (younger jar) now whatever I have fruit, etc
Nap 2-4 ish
4/4:30 6 oz
5:30/6 dinner (younger jar with cereal) now pasta, meatballs etc
7/7:30 bedtime 7 oz.

My 6.5 month old drink 6-7 4 oz bottles in a 24 hour period. 2 meals ( oatmeal fruit/ veggies) a day.
She us on BM if that makes a difference

DS is 7 months old. He has cereal/fruit in the AM and veggies in PM. He drinks 6-8oz bottles 4x/day.

Ok it seems like this an age of transitions.
Right now she gets
Breakfast bottle and fruit with oatmeal
Lunch bottle with veggie and meat
Dinner bottle with veggie
Bedtime bottle

I'd split up bottles and food. I always served food with water, not formula. And since you're on 3 meals already, you probably can drop a bottle if you split the foods and bottles up.
