PSA: Picture People in RF is closed!
I don't know if this has been posted yet, but I was at Picture People on Staten Island today, for DD to take a picture with her cousins, and the photographer told me that the studio in Roosevelt Field closed suddenly as of Christmas Eve. We had an appointment for DD's 18 month photos on Monday, so I was shocked. Just a PSA for anyone with upcoming appointments! My friend just told me that they left her a message automatically changing her appointment for tomorrow to Buy Buy Baby.

Not surprised. We took ds there for his Christmas photos & had a horrible experience. I won't go into detail but their customer service su#ks.

I've heard that from others, but we've always had a good experience there, the three times we used them.

I feel like a lot of the "good" staff moved over to the buy buy baby location. Maybe it was always the plan.
