MarterniT 21/verifi at Northshore Manhasset
Did anyone have the materniT 21 or Verifi test done at NS Manhasset? How long did it take to receive results? Was it your OB that called with results?

I did, the results are sent to your doc and within a few days i got the call.
The tech may tell you by the scan how things look but overall the results are sent to your doc

Are you speaking about the blood test? I am talking about the blood test done. Not a scan.

Are you speaking about the blood test? I am talking about the blood test done. Not a scan.
I did both-
we found out the chromosomes and NT results within a week or so

I had the NT scan done on a friday, by wednesday AM my OB had the results. my OB called with the verifi results the monday after that.

I didnt have it done there. I had it done at a genetic counselor's office through LIJ. They said it could be 2 weeks, but they called me 6 days after I took the test and this was during Thanksgiving week. The genetic counselor called me.

I had it twice and both times it took 7-10 days. Maybe you just got lucky!

Ok. Thank you all. I had it done this past Monday morning at my high risk office in maternal fetal medicine in NS. My OB is out next week tuea Wed and thurs for Christmas. I was hoping to get the results before that but that would mean by Monday which is 7 days.
I pray they are in by then.

I got mine done also but for some reason it took longer than that. Maybe they forgot but i think it was like 3 weeks for me to get the results.
