Anyone breastfeeding while pregnant?

If so, how do you deal with the pain?? My son just turned 2 last week and is definitely in the process of weaning (he nurses about once every 3 days), but it hurts SO much. I feel terrible because I literally cringe when he latches on, and I know he is picking up on my discomfort, as much as I try not to let on that it hurts. Usually, the initial minute or so is the worst, then it's bearable (he's only nursing for a few minutes now anyway). It's different from the pain/sensitivity of newly breastfeeding though- this is like internal, if that makes sense. And it HURTS! Anyone else dealing with this?

I attempted to bf when I found out I was pregnant and it wasn't that painful actually - I was more sensitive but not terrible
Unfortunately I had to stop bfing and the pain of stopping cold turkey was way worse then the bfing pain
That's awesome that you nursed him for 2 years!
He's already nursing so infrequently id try to stop completely
