I don't think rain boots are a fashion statement - They're all ugly. Designer or not, their purpose is to have clean and dry feet-

I have 2 pair of hunters, I swear by them. I wear thema all year commuting to/from the city - rain, snow, nastiness ........they are 100% worth the price.
