Has anyone developed a hemangioma when pregnant?

I had a small one on my neck that I got treated about 2 years ago. In the last 2-4 weeks, it has come back. It is VERY noticeable and makes me incredibly self conscious. Someone actually commented on it today at work....

Does anyone know if the dermatologist will treat this while I am pregnant?
