they are nice- but I HATE the location
thos rentals across the street are over $2K a month for a 1 bedroom!

They will be really nice though. I am amazed at how high priced something could be in that area, but it is very middle of LI and near a lot. But still.....

Wow I always wondered how much those were, Im not surprised about $500k but $1mil!? That's crazy, they do look nice but the traffic is going to be even crazier in that area now.

Agree!
AND OMG...about the rentals!!! I looked into them when they first opened and almost passed out when I saw the rents! Then, one day I drove by and saw some of the tenants...

I can't believe those prices! and that area is right off the Meadowbrook (noise) the big plant (air quality) and the Source Mall ... not to mention the movie theatre, Target and those restaurants! (TRAFFIC!) not a good location

I guess for the right people the location is ideal. You can walk to almost anything you need.
I agree though, it's a very busy traffic pattern over there.

I have driven by those and while they are nice-- the location totally BLOWS.
I personally think that those will not appreciate at all-- that location will never get better.
I guess if you are afraid to drive it's not too bad.

I do know that my parents live in a condo where they can walk to almost anything they need. My mom doesn't drive and she can go to the store if she wants and doesn't have to wait for my dad to drive her.
Some older folks don't drive.

I see them building more n more-i called up one day to see how much they were and i almost passed out 
i wanna go n see one of the models tho.......
