Whats your 12mnth/1yr old feeding schedule?
Hi all - whats your DC's feeding schedule?
SO he will be 1 on the 19th and he has a voracious appetite...
How do you space milk and food out? Are you doing whole milk?
Do i have to stop formula?
So confused...

Whats your 12mnth/1yr old feeding schedule?
At a year my DS was eating 3 meals of table food and had milk with meals.
In between he had water to drink and a snack if he wanted.
So basically ate on a normal adult schedule.

Haileys only gonna be 10 mos but this is pretty much our schedule... except water instead of milk. I give her pretzels, puffs, mum mums as snack.
ETA: i would ask the ped about formula, not sure about that

Ok - so he can have up to 4 8oz bottles... I just was worried that maybe it was too much? oh and meals - combo of babyfood or home food. He's on a table food strike... but I think we are getting past it

This is his schedule:
6:30/7: 6 oz bottle whole milk
8:30: breakfast
12:30: lunch
2:30-3:00: 6 oz bottle whole milk
6:00: dinner
8:00: 6 oz bottle whole milk

The milk at this point is for calcium. So if he is getting it via cheese and yogurt etc he can have less.
ETA - if you are on milk then there is no need for formula
