DD having hard time going BM - Help!
Last night DD (who is almost 2) started screaming because it hurt her so bad to go BM. When she was finally done it was a little bigger than a golf ball and hard as a rock that she made herself bleed.
I tried prune juice but she wont drink it. Any other suggestions?

I know you said she doesn't like prune juice and my kids normally don't either. But my husband puts tons of ice in it to make it super cold with a little bit of sugar. They drink it up! Also, make sure she's drinking plenty of water.

dd gets like this every once in a while. raisins work like a charm! pear juice is good too. ps- the raisins will come out whole, so don't be alarmed! lol
