daycare christmas gifts?

i know this is probably asked a lot but i couldn't find anything in the search and I'm new to this whole daycare thing

what do you give your day care providers for christmas? an actual gift? gift card? how much?

i know each person is different but i would like to see a range.

My plan is to give his head teacher $100, assistant teacher $50. I will also get some treats for the room in general---it's one room split in half so the other teachers also shower my boy with love on most days. Plus, we haven't had a steady late afternoon person since Sept so all of the staff that cycles through will share treats.

I will also get the nurse and front desk person something small....but what I am conflicted on is do I get something for the two directors?

There are 2 head teachers and one or 2 assistants in the room. I'm planning on giving a $50 gift card to each head teacher and $25 to each assistant. I didn't give anything to the director last year, but I probably should have. She is sweet and spends time with all of the kids as well.

DD goes fulltime to a smaller daycare. There is an owner, a head 'teacher' and then 4 other 'teachers.' The owner is getting a few gifts and $100 GC to get a massage at a place I know she likes. She is almost like a friend to me and does SO much for my family. The head teacher will probably get $75 Visa GC and then 3 of the teachers will get $50 Visa GC and the fourth teacher just started today. She will get something small...maybe $15 GC.

When DD has one main teacher I will give that teacher a gift card for $100
If her class happens to have 2 main teachers that year- they get $50 each.

I give each of DSs teachers a $25 giftcard and Bath and Body Works hand soaps (4 teachers for 2 kids). Although the amount is lower than pps stated, that's the typical amount given at our daycare (I've become friends with a number of the parents and they are giving the same). I also give a gift though of equal value when they transfer rooms to spread it out a bit.

My dd is switching classes today. Ugh. Her two main original teachers are getting $40 cash and a pretty ornament. Main assistant is getting $25 and pretty ornament. Her new 2 mains and 2 floater assistants are getting $10 gc to Dunkin donuts and the staff is getting 2 trays of cookies.

DD has 4 teachers. They are getting DD or Starbucks GCs and a mason jar with cookie recipe ingredients in it.

DD just started school and she has 15 teachers (3 head and several assistants). She interacts with all of them.. and I don't know how I am going to do this.

DD goes two days a week and has one main teacher and 2 assistants. I was planning $15 starbucks giftcards for each teacher and then get the teacher a mug from starbucks to go with it.

DS goes to daycare 4 days a week. I got the main teachers in his room bath and body works soap, hand sanitizer and loan, plus I'm going to give each of them $25. The afternoon assistant that works 1-6 will get the same as the others and $15. I drop DS in a different room in the morning and he adores the other teacher so I will give her some of the same as the others and $20

ok so I need your opinion…

this daycare is an in home daycare and it's the owner and an assistant. The assistant is basically the one who is taking primary care of my daughter the whole day bc she's the youngest.

so would you give the owner and the assistant the same amount?

DD is in daycare three days a week and we're getting her head teacher a 100 Visa GC and each of the two assistants a 50 Visa GC.
