A Christmas gift question, EI and daycare teachers
Do you get (if this applies to you) your dc EI teachers a little something for the holiday?
And, the daycare teachers, I'm assuming they get a littles something too?
This is our first ear with bit and I'm clueless.
Any ideas what to get?

We do, and generally I do gift cards.
We have so many to buy for at this point, I only spend $10 for some of them, so I would rather just give them a DD gift card for that instead of a little $10 gift. For the larger amounts, I usually do a MC or a Barnes & Noble card.

good question! DS has an EI therapist and 2 daycare teachers. Do i have to give a gift to the morning teacher? shes only there an hour in the morning.

I plan on getting the teachers a little something this year b/c they are good with DS and work long days. Im not sure if cash in an envelope is appropriate for them, or gift cards??
I think its a nice gesture to get the EI teachers a little something too. even like $10 giftcards to starbucks, dunkin donunts, etc. things like that are always appreciated I think.

I got a little something last year for his morning teacher b/c he loved her. It was the infant room then and you can't wear socks so I got her cute fuzzy slipper socks and a mug with candy. Nothing crazy, but thought it was cute and the socks she can use.
This year I'll probably do $50 for the head teacher and maybe a little less for the assistant. I usually do food like tray of cookies of something for the assistants.
Not sure what to do for the owner and Director.

We give the all the Daycare teachers in my son's school a monetary gift for the holidays. (They make very little so we figured cash would be the best option.)They all help at some point with his care, whether it's with his nebulizer machines or to cover his class room. It's a very small school with few teachers. His head teacher gets the most. IT's the least I can do for all of the care and nurturing that they provide to my son.

When DS was in EI, we got his therapists each a $20 GC (we had 1 teacher, 2 aids & 8 therapists) for the holidays.
