organic diaper rash cream

Can anyone recommend a paraben, sulfate free (no Desitin or Triple Paste) cream to use as a barrier to prevent redness? I am using Organix right now and my little guy's bottom is red as can be. I want to avoid butt paste if possible.
TIA.

I use Earth Mama Angel Baby.

However when dd had a major diaper rash - only once and she's almost 9m - I had to use butt paste

Re: organic diaper rash cream

Waxelene. It only has 4 ingredients: organic soy oil, beeswax, natural vitamin E oil & organic rosemary oil. I really like it, it costs $10 for a 9 oz jar, but you only need a little bit. It's a great barrier. I've been using it for my DS who is 3 months old now. With my DD I used alba unpetroleum and babyganics substitute for petroleum jelly but I like waxelene much better. I ordered my 1st jar from amazon, but saw it at CVS so I've been getting it from there. My DS has really sensitive skin. He came home from the hospital with a diaper rash. He has tolerated waxelene really well.

I've heard this as well! I'm going to pick some up and give this a try... there's also a TON of other uses for it.

Give him a bath with baking soda in it and then let him be naked for 20 minutes or so. Helps a ton!

I have used coconut oil. I also like Shea butter relief cream by nature's paradise, but it's a lot more expensive than coconut oil.

YES! Love this stuff and you only need a thin layer similar to Chapstick. Once when dd had a bad diaper rash I switched to California baby w zinc oxide. Then switched back when it cleared up.

I tried the honest company and loved the baby balm until they changed their formula.
