Homemade Baby Food Makers...Questions
DD is almost 7 months.
She gets rice in her bottles. Then she eats 2 cubes (sometimes doesn't finish them) mixed with 2 tsps.
I am looking for what to try next. She has had: squash, sweet potatoes, green beans, peas, carrots, apples, pears and banana.
What other fruits and veggies can I try? Do you buy organic frozen fruits? I found peaches and mangoes frozen...but they aren't organic and apparently peaches are part of the dirty dozen.
Any ideas? Suggestions where to shop?

I don't do much organic - too expensive.
Avocados are great!
How about pumpkin? Mashed potatoes? Spinach? Lentils?
By 7 mos., try things thicker or things she can squish in her mouth, like overlooked broccoli cut into teeny tiny pieces.
I made purees from frozen peaches.
Also try mixing together some of the things you have already given.

Trader joes and whole foods had a larger organic selection frozen- I got mango there.
You could try frozen blueberry or raspberry, but I mixed with apple as they are a little intense on their own. Cherry also
Spinach mixed with another veggie is also a good one to try. I did broccoli mixed with carrot s but some people avoid it because its so gassy.
