Transitioning to 1 nap
DS is 14 months and I think he is just about ready for 1 nap a day. Right now he takes one at 11am and one at 4pm. What is your schedule with one nap? When do you give lunch? Before or after?

This is DD's schedule...she is 2 but its been her schedule since about 20 months.
830am - wake up
9 am - breakfast
12pm - lunch
230 pm - 4/430pm - nap
6pm - dinner
8/830pm - bed

My 17 month olds are on the following schedule:
730/8 am wake up
Breakfast
1030-11 down for nap
Wake up between 1230-130
Lunch
Play
530 dinner
730 bed

Transitioning to 1 nap
Ds dropped to one nap at 12 months. We had to because daycare foes it. At daycare he eats lunch at 1130 and naps after. Anywhere between 2-3 hrs.
One the weekends he eats before or after depending on our plans for the day. My ds is pretty flexible.

Transitioning to 1 nap
DD has been at one nap since about 10 months. This is what works for her.
7:00 wake and has a cup of milk
8:00 breakfast
12:00 lunch
1-4 nap
6:00 dinner
8:00 milk, then bed

6:15 wake up
8 am breakfast
10:30-11 nap
12-30-1 wake up
1:30 lunch
6:00 dinner
8:00 milk and bed.
