stress
How much of a role do you all feel stress plays in infertility?I am a pretty anxious person to begin with and the past few cycles i have been very stressed even with the help of acupuncture. Tomorrow is my retrieval and i had a bad day today. Just hoping all my emotions don't affect anything.

Re: stress
No one really knows for sure, but what I do know is that I know plenty of basket cases who have kids so I can't worry that I'm worrying. Which is soooo much easier said them done.

Personally, I think it plays a HUGE part in it all. I would take a nice long bath, play some relaxing music, do whatever you have to to try to relax tonight.

I think it definitely plays a role. My job is very stressful and I wonder if that contributes to my BFN IVFs. I try to catch my breathe when I'm getting really stressed and have tried to come to the realization that I'm never going to catch up. You definitely need to relax tonight! GL with the ER
