Question about ovulation

Hi all,

I am fairly new to this board. I have one DS and was very lucky to get pg on the first try. I recently had knee surgery and the stress of it messed up my cycle. So, I decided to try and ovulation kit. I am wondering if I did it wrong and should not get my hopes up for this month. Let me know what you think.

We BD a few every other day until I saw two lines that were the same color. Then we did it that night. (which made it two days in a row - Wednesday/Thursday.)

The night after the two lines we did not do it (Friday- I was exhausted from work, physical therapy for my knee and taking care of my DS so I just fell asleep). Now, I am thinking we should have done it that night. I am really sad that we didn't. We were supposed to do it the next night, right? I am really confused.

I really don't want to get my hopes up if we missed the boat. What do you ladies think? Also, when are you supposed to do it when you get the double lines?

doing it that night may have given you extra insurance but i think doing it the night u saw the lines is the key.

Don't stress yourself out remember that sperm could survive for a few days also! I think you'll be fine!

I got preggo the first time by bd-ing about 2 days before ovulation. I thought I missed the boat too! Gl
