Supplements for DH
Hi ladies DH recently had his SA done and Sperm count came out excellent but his motility was just a little low so the doc said that there's no reason why we can't conceive naturally but that it just may take a few more months. I've been researching supplements that DH can take to increase the motility and came across these....vitamin b-12, selenium, coenzyme Q10, L-Carnitine, and Aceytl-Carnitine. This is all just confusing me so much I don't know if I need to load DH up in all these separate pills or if there's some that are combined into one pill. I would really appreciate some advice from you ladies that had DH taking supplements thanks!!

I remember a post on here a long time ago about a vitamin regiment for someone's DH-Try searching old posts.

Supplements for DH
My dh also had low motility - our Dr recommended vitamins and exercise - so I got him Motility Boost vitamin sup and made him join me at the gym...but it is helping his motility....:)
