TTC and need some advice please

Hi ladies congrats on your pregnancies!! DH and I have been TTC and just recently started testing to see why it's taking so long, I'm all good and DH Sperm count came out excellent but his motility was just a little low so the doc said that there's no reason why we can't conceive naturally but that it just may take a few more months. I've been researching supplements that DH can take to increase the motility and came across these....vitamin b-12, selenium, coenzyme Q10, L-Carnitine, and Aceytl-Carnitine. This is all just confusing me so much I don't know if I need to load DH up in all these separate pills or if there's some that are combined into one pill. I would really appreciate some advice from you ladies that had DH taking supplements thanks!!

Try posting on the infertility board. Those girls know a lot and have researched. Or the ttc board. You may get responses there.

I had posted a similar post on the infertility board but didn't really get any responses so that's why I figured I'll try out this board for anyone that had any past experience with this.

Do you chart your cycle? I used the MyDays app and it worked for us.

i had my DH on all those supplements as well.
I think I had him taking over 10pills a day,
his sperm count was fine, just his motility was a little borderline, but there was no reason it would be a problem. I have PCOS which made things more diffucult, but i believe the supplements worked and we have our DD now
