I give stonyfield whole milk plain yogurt. There's no sugar and she loves it!

Breakfast - we do the same as you. Sometimes we do yogurt and I also bake her oatmeal zucchini bars.

Lunch - avocado and bananas or peaches, grilled cheese, yogurt and a side of fruit and cheese, fruit pouch and Cheerios. I dunno I sort of struggle with lunch esp bc I am trying to get out to run an errand.

Dinner - what we eat. Or I also have frozen: turkey patties, meatballs, carrots, sweet potatoes and some soups. I can easily pull these out and give then to her if we are eating something too spicy!

The blends sound great! Do you make them or buy?

Yes I make the blends. They are so easy. With a ripe banana and avocado I blend even though it's easy to mash bc dd loves it smooth. I use 1 banana and 1 avocado and I freeze little portions of it.

The broccoli/cauliflower when I steam and it's warm I add a bit of cheese so it melts and when puréed it evenly distributes.

The fruits are great to blend and so easy too. I steam the peaches and boil the blueberries. I also look at baby food labels to see what they make so I saw a prune/apple and made my own.

Most recipes or ways to cook I found at wholesomebabyfoods.com.

Even though dd is 13mos and eats table foods I feel like the purées I can get more into her. Like she'll eat a portion of spinach whereas if I cut into little bits she'll feed herself but it isn't as much as what a purée contains.

Thank you! I will have to try this!

what kind of yogurt are you ladies giving your 1 year olds?

those baby yogurts or regular yogurt?

Still on full fat yogurt at 17m so we use the yobaby yogurts. I think the rec is at 2 to switch to low fat. My daughter is barely on the charts weight wise so she will be getting full fat everything for awhile LOL

What is your menu for her right now?

7:00 4 oz milk bottle
8:00 breakfast (egg, oatmeal, farina, pancakes etc)
11:00 4 oz milk bottle
1:30 yogurt with cereal bar or fruit
4:30 dinner (pasta, chicken with rice, pizza ets)
7:30 6 oz milk bottle

I just need to get better at planning her meals I think.

She does drink water out of a straw sippy throughout the day but doesn't really like her milk in there yet.

What do you eat for dinner? I try to give DD what we eat so it's less I have to make and it also opens her tastebuds up to new flavors.

I get the whole milk yogurt at Trader Joe's. They have a variety pack of different flavors. Prior to that I was getting the big tub of plain and mixing in my own fruit.

Today dd has had oatmeal with ghee and salt for breakfast, scrabbled eggs with homemade refried beans, salsa and plain yogurt for lunch, raspberries and banana chia seed pudding (banana, coconut milk, chia seeds) for a snack.
