Progesterone ?
Dr. brenner called me this afternoon to chat about this cycle. He is very hopeful. I asked him if I could go on crinone right away because that was the only different thing I did when I got the bfp. He said sure, to start Sunday.
Am I harming anything by taking prog if I don't need it?

I started progesterone 3 day after Iui every cycle no questions asked

I took it the days after my ER until 8+ weeks so I would think there is no harm.

Crinone should be covered by your RX plan and not GHI. Thankfully my RX insurance covered the crinone (which is surprising because they are picky on what they cover- they don't cover clomid) and I pay $5 for 30 applications.
