cereal and the amount of formula
so when we started giving dd cereal at night i would make 2 ounces of formula to add to the cereal and then make the 8 oz bedtime bottle that she always normally took.
well this week i gave her daycare cereal to start in am. i told them 1 tbs. of cereal mixed with formula. i'm just looking at the daily log and i see that her morning bottle was now 6 oz. (instead of 8) bc 2 oz were used to mix with the cereal.
shouldnt the cereal be in ADDITION to the formula that dd already takes? not used toward the cereal formula?
i just want to make sure before i say something to them

I think its suppose to be in addition to the regular amount of formula

I always gave DS cereal in addition to his bottle. If I had to send 2oz of milk to go with his cereal he still got his normal amount of oz in his bottle.

People do it both ways. Just tell your daycare the way you want it.
