It was true for me. My nose grew wide, my back covered in acne. I hate looking at pics of myself after 6mos preg. Thank god my nose went back to normal in a few weeks.

For me..........100% yes!!!!!! With my DD my whole face changed, my nose reallllllly changed. Thank god it went back to normal!!! 
With my DS, I looked exactly the same in the face. No severe or obvious changes.

Everyone has been telling me "it must be a boy in there" bc "I look too good". My face hasn't changed and I've been pretty small until recently. People were so adamant that she has to be a boy I had them double check last time we were there for a sono lol

I had two girls and it was Very true for me! I looked awful both times, my nose was huge, skin awful. My grandmother told me after my first dd was born she prayed for me while I was pg that my face would go back to normal  thank god her prayers worked and my face went back to normal!!!
