Any morning sickness advice??
I am not throwing up my am nauseous all day and dry heave. I have a 3 year old to care for and it is so hard. I am only 7 weeks and the thought of another 5-6 weeks of this makes me cry! It is worse at night although today was just a bad day all day. Thanks!!!

Any morning sickness advice??
A fan blowing in my face would help the nausea pass most of the time.

Any morning sickness advice??
Have you tried munching on a little something every hour or so? I found that I got sick when my stomach was empty.
Feel better

Wintergreen lifesavers got me through it. I still have to eat one as soon as I wake up!

This is what I was going to suggest. It's the only thing that really helped stave off the nausea for me. I always tried to make sure my stomach was never empty. If I was hit with nausea, I found Preggie Pops really took the edge off of it. I would get the Preggie Pop drops and keep a few stashed everywhere- in my nightstand, my pocketbook, my car, etc.

Im pretty much sick 24/7, but making sure my stomach is NEVER empty helps a bit. ginger helps sometimes...sour candies. They have these preggo pops that are sour candies and that sometimes help...any mints, or gum. carbs, crackers, watermelon
Doesnt take it away completely, but helps makes it more bearable!

Sea bands, ginger candy, life savers and frequent meals helped me with nausea. If it is really bad call you OB for something. There is no reason you should suffer.

Any morning sickness advice??
I had hyperemesis. I would throw up every day all day. I lost 12 lbs in my first 9 weeks. A nutritionist finally called me when they put me on the zofran pump and she gave me some GREAT advice.
Well first ask your doctor for zofran. It helps for most. Water made it worse so she said to freeze fruit boxes and eat those. The ice pops REALLY helped!!! I LIVED on them for about 6 weeks. Try crackers to just keep yourself full. This didn't always help me though. Ginger helped a little bit.
I hope you feel better. It really does s*ck and I'm TERRIFIED when I get pregnant again what is going to happen with having a little one already.

Re: Any morning sickness advice??
Eat high protein meals to keep you fuller longer and take your prenatal vitamins at night. Also, I had to take vitamins without iron for the first trimester because the iron overload was making me very nauseous. Just something to look into. Also, preggie pops were amazing. They saved me.

Re: Any morning sickness advice??
I found sometimes dairy helped. I guess I had an acid stomach. Chocolate milk (b/c I can't go reg milk), ice cream, even a roll with good amount of butter.
Preggy pops.
Eating constantly.
Just a word of advice on the pills. With my first pg I was on zofran. I took it for weeks, upping my dose here and there. After a while I realized the pills were making it worse. I stopped and was instantly better. Take them with caution.
Hang in there. It'll get better.
