Temping Experts - Please Help!
I need your expert advice. This is my first month of temping and I have no idea what I'm doing.
I thought I o'd Thursday or Friday because of a shift in my temp. Of course, I tell my DH and he experiences "performance anxiety" and we were unable to  ( ). Yesterday I woke up and my temp was back down again, even lower than the temp I thought I o'd with.
Is there any chance I am actually ovulating now? I'm really hoping that this month wasn't a complete bust.
TIA for your help -- I really could use it!!

Temping Experts - Please Help!
You could be, you are supposed to have 3 high temps after your O day. You have to monitor your CM. Eggwhite is fertile, so if you have that then your still good. You should also check your cervix, if it is high & open then you haven't ovulated. It it's closed you already ovulated.

If it is your first month temping you won't be able to tell when you O'd until after. Temping takes a few months to see the trends.

Thanks for your help. Guess after work today I'll be checking my cervix. That should be interesting.
