Fenugreek - Did your supply drop when you stopped taking it?
I had mastitis a few weeks ago and my supply tanked. Started taking fenugreek and some blessed thistle and my supply seems to be up, I'm pumping more, DS doesn't seem as whiney at the boob, etc.
Do I have to take these indefinitely? Or once my supply is up it's up for good as long as I keep BFing and pumping?

Fenugreek - Did your supply drop when you stopped taking it?
Fenugreek didn't seem to do anything for me. Red raspberry leaf tea really upped my supply though if I drank a cup right before bfing or while pumping!

I took Fenugreek for about 7-10 days, and maintained my supply when I stopped taking it. I took the supplement pills from the vitamin store. It really helped me when I noticed a dip in my supply bc I had a cold and AF made her reappearance. This was around month 7-8 of BFing.
