Immune testing high ANA + cytokines = IVF?

My lap showed stage 2 borderline 3 endo with a cyst on my right ovary. Dr P removed it all and said everything went excellent. Yesterday Dr B called with my immune panel results. My immune results came back as Dr B expected: I have high ANA and cytokines and he recommended we go straight to IVF (doing a FET after ER in two cycles and treating my immune issues in the meantime) i have to wait 2 cycles to heal from the lap

he said its very common to have inflammatory immune problems when you also have endometriosis. The thing is I haven't even done any IUIs or medicated cycles yet so I feel like this is a huge step.

Anyone else have immune issues? We're you recommended straight to IVF?

I'm not sure how old you are but I wouldn't rush into IVF just yet. After my first lap I was told to try on my own for 6 months then we would move onto iui. I got pregnant on my first iui. I would definitely try on your own for a bit before moving on even with your immune issues.
