Anyone have success taking micronized DHEA?
I have researched DOR and have been taking 25mg of reg DHEA since May. Now with Dr. P, he is recommending I up it to 75mg and to take a micronized kind that is more refined. He has many patients with DOR have double the amount of eggs at retrieval on DHEA then without. Anyone else taking DHEA and have had success with an increase in follies?
Since taking the DHEA, acupuncture, and switching to gluten free diet, I have been finally getting pregnant on my own (with loss unfortunately) My hormones have also stabilized to normal. Wondering if there is any link?

I've been on the fence about taking it. The side effects concern me. I've also read some mixed research about its effectiveness and it possibly being counterproductive.
We discussed it at my appt with my RE today. I haven't decided if I will actually take it.
That aside, 25mg 3x daily is the recommended dose for fertility issues, so I'm not surprised that's what your RE recommended.

Anyone have success taking micronized DHEA?
I was just curious if you've been having any side effects from it. I have only been taking it for 3 days and I've been getting wicked heartburn/acid reflux. I take it with meals 3 times a day.

Anyone have success taking micronized DHEA?
I'm taking Natues's Plus. I seem to be ok today, maybe it was just the first couple days getting used to it? Who knows lol
