It's probably bogus, but it's loose leaf tea that has some ingredients that are apparently good for fertility (Vitex Agnus Castus (Chasteberry), Green Tea, Red Raspberry, Ladies Mantle, Nettle Leaf, and Peppermint Leaf). You are supposed to drink 2-3 cups a day.
I'm hoping it brings my period on. I've been spotting (veryyyyy slightly) for almost 3 weeks now (still have a BFN, tested on Tuesday) with my period technically being 8 days late. I'm at my wits end and have no idea what's going on with my body.
