I've also stayed at Tropicana and it was really nice.

Harrah's is the most fun IMO they have an awesome pool party/club. Borgata/The Water Club is very nice but IMO overrrated as fara s night life. I hear great things about Revel but havent been.

I only stayed at Tropicana but loved it.
Dinner at Cuba Libre was outstanding. Had a great time.

I like Cesar's. But we usually get to stay there for free. I like staying on the main part of the boardwalk.
I have heard of some great restaurants in Borgata. Never been there.

I just went to harrahs,we had a great time.The new waterfront towers are the only way to go
