Lamaze-Baby Breaths Review

DH and I went yesterday to Wendi's class at Embrace Yoga in East Islip and it was awesome! She made it fun and informative. I feel much better prepared and DH said he got alot out of it. I would recommend that everyone take the class, it really put me at ease. So worth the $!! Wendi was great!
