I'm glad I've started buying store brands only now ever since that whole Tylenol fiasco a few years back

It seems to be just the infants at least. I see people say glad I buy the store brand (we often do too) but I wonder why people think that is necessarily safer? I think most of the issues could happen at any of these manufacturing facities right?
