Girls with Morning Sicknes
Just wondering for those who have morning sickness, do you usually feel better after you throw up? or is the sick feeling still there?

Re: Girls with Morning Sicknes
For me I never really was able to throw up I just had a continuous sick feeling all day. It was the worst in the morning and evening for me

This was the same thing I had. I never actually got sick. It was just consistent nausea.

Re: Girls with Morning Sicknes
With ds#1 if I threw up everyday I felt great. If I didn't get sick I felt miserable. Had this unitl at least 16 weks.
Ds #2 - it all depended on the day. Don't remember when it ended but sooner than DS #1
DC #3 - It didn't make a difference if I got sick or not. Nasuea and getting sick were sporadic throughout the day. Had until 17 weeks at least.

This verbatim.
eta: eating small meals/snacks throughout the day helped curb the nausea.

Re: Girls with Morning Sicknes
I had morning sickness mixed with allergies and post nasal drip. In the morning I would throw up like 3 times and then feel ok, but if I got nauseas in the middle of the day and threw up it stayed with me... so who knows.

Re: Girls with Morning Sicknes
Most of the time, I would feel better for a few mins but then it the nausea would start up again—probably because my stomach was empty again. It was a vicious cycle. Hang in there!
ETA: I threw up on average about 3 times a day. It started to get a little better after 12w and gone by 15.

Re: Girls with Morning Sicknes
With my first daughter I threw up and felt better after. With my second daughter I would just constantly heave. It was horrible and it made me wish I was throwing up.

Re: Girls with Morning Sicknes
I felt a tad less nauseas....but then I felt all icky and achy for throwing up so it wasn't actually better. And sometimes I would throw up a bunch of times within an hour or two.
