Prenatal Vitamins - Acne?
I noticed since being on prenatal vitamins, my skin has been breaking out more.
The prenatal vitamin I am taking is CitraNatal 90 DHA.
Has anyone experienced this?
I thought these were supposed to help benefit your skin?!

The same thing happened to me but I attributed it to me just being off birth control (started prenatals the day I got off the pill). Either way, my skin is worse than it was at 13!

I'm using a different prenatal but my skin became terrible within the 2 years of getting off the birth control! I would (and still do but not as bad) get cystic acne and I always used to have clear skin growing up
