What can I take for bad headaches and congestion ?

Tylenol. Not sure what dosage though as I've never taken it.

You can take 2 Tylenol, and you can also take Pseudoephedrine. You have to get that from behind the pharmacy counter.

I know you can take tylenol and try the saline spray for breaking up the congestion.

You can take 2 tylenol, and benadryl to dry up the congestion.

Pseudo ephedrine is actually no longer recommended. Tylenol and you can also take Zyrtec, which is a preg category b

u can take sudafed.
When i was congested i found the menthol in the humidifier helped tremendously!!!

Sudafed is no longer recommended in the first trimester. Here is a link in laymans terms explaining why. I am sure a dose here or there would not hurt, but I would not. Use more than that.
