Feeling so sick

So I returned back to work today... 37 weeks, to an in air conditioned auditorium meeting and classroom set up... I feel so sick to my stomach like I did 1st trimester and I am so tired... Is this okay? Normal? I don't remember feeling this way with my other two but it wasn't summer when I was pregnant with them... Just not sure if this is okay or not

Feeling so sick

I have heard it's totally normal I have had some rough days in the past week or so, but I mentioned it to the doctor yesterday and he assured me it was completely normal, but to stay hydrated and off my feet if I feel too much cramping or swelling in my ankles. I think it's definitely due to being preggo in the summertime!
