Venting section

Today feels like the beginning of a melt down so i need to vent. Unfortunately i rarely open up for fear of being weak (although the psychologist in me knows thats not true) so i figured if we all vented a bit here i may be able to blend in.

What is driving you crazy today/this week/ in general?

My DS (5 months) is going through some insane mommy attachment phase right now that while cute is maddening. ALL he wants is me, ALL the time and freaks the h-e-l-l out if I'm out of his sight or reach.

My DD (almost 5) is having a joyous time giving us the silent treatment when we ask her something. She stares at us blankly like she didn't hear anything we said and then basically ignores us. It's oh so fun. I can only imagine the fun it will be when she's a teenager. haha

Needless to say.............it's been a long week.

I am doing major construction on our home in a week and a half with a 6 week old and 1.5 year old dog that is having some anxiety issues since the new baby and we still need to decide where we will be staying during construction! Honestly if this time period of having a new baby, my dh studying every free minute for his sargeant exam, and our family being relocated for about 2 months doesnt end in divorce I dont think anything will drive us apart lol

How many characters in this space do I get?!?

Sweet dd has been fussy and we are having gas/stomach issues. Changed formula but I think this is one of her "wonder weeks" and I just need to ride it out.

And my cleaning lady hasn't shown up the last two weeks and wouldn't pick up our calls or call us back. Finally this morning. Blocked by number and she picked up and told me she couldn't do it anymore. Awesome.

Now I need to find a new cleaning lady....
