Looking for mommy & me ideas for the fall
My older DS is 2, almost 2.5. We have done so far:
library classes starting at 8 months
My Gym last summer and this summer
Music Together last fall
A Gymboree art class in the winter
we did swimming in the spring and summer
Looking for something different. We are doing another session of swimming but want one other activity. He loves kicking around a soccer ball, but DH thinks he is to young and wants us to wait until he is 4. What have you done with your 2 year olds that they loved? TIA!

We do gymnastics - it is much more gymnastics than play like at My Gym and Gymboree.

We've done all similar type classes at our YMCA. My favorite class there was one that was called You & Me Preschool. It was a mommy and me class but structured more like a preschool class with circle time (songs and story), a craft, snack time, followed by play time. DD loved it. They also have a Pee Wee Sports class that I'm thinking of trying for the fall.

I am planning on enrolling DS at Northsport (in northport) for hte little ones multi sport class. I just have to get my act together and look at the actual schedule.
ETA: DS1 took a class like this at Sport time when he was 2/nearly 3 and really enjoyed it. DS2 is super active and loves anything involving a sport so it seems like a good fit! let me kn ow if you are interested maybe we can do it together!

Mommy and Me Gymnastics, we did Flip Flop at Westhampton. Also my friend is starting to teach Baby Zumba for 0-3.

Shes teaching it in Southampton, but if you google mommy and me zumba some classes pop up, not sure if any are local. It has a real name that some of you zumba people may know.
